now its the WHOLE LOT opposite!

my muscle appeared again after just 1 practice.

hmm. i thought i might have twisted my wrist.
but not really though its more like the muscle or tendon around the bone
that hurts real bad.

my last 3 finger hurt so bad today when i was playing.
i couldnt turn my wrist properly cus' it hurt so bad.
alamaks. its swollen x(

hopefully its not tendonitis or something.


and i've got an aching butt on which i cant sit properly.
and an always sore shoulder after trng.
and uneven arms again.
ahaha.
to the gym i'll go.
ya right.

okay i have to get rid of the fats before i hit the gym.
